Loan For Purchase Of Non Residential Property

The commercial property should, however, be within municipality limits of the city and should also have been approved by the civic authority for commercial usage.

With Aadhar Housing Finance, you can avail of a loan for purchase of non-residential property up to ₹1 Crore. The minimum loan amount that you can opt for is ₹2 Lakh. However, the loan amount cannot exceed 70% of the registered cost of the property or 50% of market value, whichever is lower. The final loan amount that we approve to lend to you depends on your eligibility and certain other factors such as your financial stability, and others. Maximum loan tenure is 15 years subject to retirement age for Salaried and 70 years of age for Self Employed on loan maturity.

With Aadhar Home Loans, you can opt for a loan for purchase of non-residential property either by yourself or along with another co-applicant. It is not necessary for the co-applicant to own a part of the property. However, all the owners of the property have to be co-applicants. Your parents, spouse, or children* can apply to be co-applicants.
