Maximum loan tenure is 20 years subject to retirement age for Salaried and 70 years of age for Self Employed on loan maturity.

You will have to pay a monthly EMI after the plot purchase loan is disbursed. The repayment of your monthly EMI for the availed loan depends on parameters such as the interest rate offered, the quantum of the loan, and the tenure of the loan. With Aadhar Home Loans, you can opt for a plot purchase loan in 2 ways. You can either apply for the loan on your own or with inclusion of income of a co-applicant. It is not mandatory for the co-applicant to own a part of the property. However, it is necessary for all the owners of the property to be co-applicants. Your co-applicant can be your spouse, parents, or children*.
