Loan Amount

If you are a salaried individual, you can avail of a Loan Against Property (LAP) with Aadhar Housing Finance up to ₹ 10 Lakhs. If you are self-employed, you can get a loan against residential / commercial property up to ₹ 1 Crore.

The amount disbursed may depend on additional factors as mentioned below:

  • Age of the applicant
  • Educational background
  • Stability of income
  • Continuity of income
  • Number of dependents in your family
  • Income of the co-applicant
  • Assets available
  • Current liabilities
  • Saving habits, and others
  • Available Bank Balance for past 6 months

Tenure

For loans against residential and commercial properties, you can opt for flexible tenures. For a loan against Residential Property, you can avail of tenure up to 15 years. In the case of a commercial property, the maximum tenure is 15 years.

EMI

To repay your LAP, you have to be consistent with your EMI repayments. The EMI you are liable to repay depends on many factors such as the interest rate offered on the LAP, the amount of tenure you have decided, and the quantum of the loan. Applicant and Co-Applicant

With Aadhar Housing Finance, you have the flexibility to apply for a loan against property either by yourself or along with a co-applicant. Any of your immediate family members such as your spouse, parents, or children* can be a co-applicant. It is not mandatory for the co-applicant to be a co-owner of the property. However, all the co-owners of the property should definitely be co-applicants.
