Key Initiatives

Our Philosophy

Our CSR efforts focus on making a meaningful difference in people's lives. We are guided by three key principles of Sustainability, Accountability, and Transparency to ensure our work is responsible and consistent.

We support communities through initiatives in education, health, skill development, and overall growth. Our aim is to create a positive impact that helps communities grow stronger over time.

Programs for Progress

We have curated specific umbrellas of initiatives to target key areas of social development across rural and semi-urban India.

Clinic On Wheels

The AHFL Clinic on Wheels project is dedicated to addressing gynecological health issues faced by rural women and adolescent girls—issues that often go undiagnosed due to lack of access, awareness, or safe spaces for discussion. Led by trained Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives (ANMs), this project provides preventive and curative solutions on gynecological issues of women across all age groups, through teleconsultation and tele medication for those unable to reach health facilities. These efforts are further bolstered by health education sessions in schools, empowering adolescent girls with knowledge on menstrual hygiene, gynaecological issues and sanitation. We also conduct cervical and breast cancer screening camps—turning awareness into action and giving women a voice in their health journey. Together, we’re not just delivering healthcare. We’re delivering change.

Menstrual Hygiene Management In Schools

As part of our commitment to adolescent health and dignity, we have undertaken a menstrual hygiene management program across 36 schools in Maharashtra. This initiative creates awareness among school-going girls about menstrual health, safe usage of sanitary products, and responsible environment friendly disposal methods. More than 8000+ girls have been equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to manage menstruation with confidence and care. The program also promotes eco-friendly practices — used sanitary napkins are collected and upcycled into useful items like diaries, paper, and other stationery, reinforcing the values of sustainability and environment conservation. This intervention not only addresses a critical public health issue but also helps reduce stigma, increase school attendance, and build self-esteem among adolescent girls. Furthermore, cervical cancer awareness sessions are conducted for girls & their mothers. Together, we are fostering a generation of informed, empowered, and environmentally conscious young women

Support Towards Medical Equipment

Access to timely, quality healthcare can mean the difference between life and loss — especially in underserved communities. Through this intervention, Aadhar has supported the setup of critical hospital infrastructure in Haryana, Maharashtra and Gujarat enabling better care for those who need it most. From equipping wards with life-saving tools like ventilators, defibrillators, and ETCO2 monitors, to establishing a General, Labour and Neonatal ICU in Faridabad, we are helping transform how care is delivered. These efforts are empowering medical teams to act swiftly and precisely, giving critically ill patients a stronger chance at survival. For every life touched, for every delay avoided, and every diagnosis made in time—we are proud to stand beside our healthcare heroes and bring healing closer to home

Early Child Care & Education

Aadhar Aangan is a transformative Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) initiative designed to lay strong foundations for lifelong well-being. Focused on children under six, the program ensures access to nutrition, early education, health checkups, and maternal care—empowering both children and caregivers in vulnerable communities. At its core, the intervention works through Anganwadi Workers and helpers, equipping them with skills to detect and address malnutrition, raise health awareness, and support early learning at the grassroots level. By strengthening Anganwadi centers, the project helps create informed and resilient communities. Aadhar Aangan’s holistic model supports not just the child, but the entire ecosystem around them—including parents, caregivers, and community health workers. The project is more than a program—it’s a promise that no child is left behind in their critical early years.
