If you are a salaried individual, you can avail of a Loan Against Property (LAP) with Aadhar Housing Finance up to ₹ 25 Lakhs. If you are self-employed, you can get a loan against residential / commercial property up to ₹ 1 Crore.

For loans against residential and commercial properties, you can opt for flexible tenures, maximum of 15 years. However, max loan tenure is restricted till retirement age for salaried and 70 years for Self Employed on loan maturity. Loan for Contruction of Non-Residential Property
To repay your LAP, you have to be consistent with your EMI repayments. The EMI you are liable to repay depends on many factors such as the interest rate offered on the LAP, the amount of tenure you have decided, and the quantum of the loan. With Aadhar Housing Finance, you have the flexibility to apply for a loan against property either by yourself or along with a co-applicant. Any of your immediate family members such as your spouse, parents, or children* can be a co-applicant. It is not mandatory for the co-applicant to be a co-owner of the property. However, all the co-owners of the property should definitely be co-applicants.
